Then my small group run training sessions are what you need. Sessions will be split into 6-week blocks enabling new runners to start at the beginning and gradually build up strength and cardio fitness, with the end goal of feeling confident to run (or run/walk) a 5km Park Run or similar by the end of the 6-weeks.
