Designed specifically for mums, my post natal specific fitness sessions are
about reconnecting with your core system and rebuilding your strength
from the inside, giving you the perfect foundation to find out what your new 
and amazing mum body is truly capable of.

Post Natal Group Fitness

Limited to 6-8 mums, my small group post natal classes are ideal for any mum who is looking to reconnect with her body and improve her overall fitness in a supportive environment. All exercises are safe and effective for the healing post natal body  and will help you feel stronger and more energised in your days. Not restricted to new mums, even if you are several months or even years post birth, these classes may be suitable if you are continuing to experience issues arising from pregnancy and birth.

1-2-1 Wellness Coaching

For women who struggle to find the time to work on their own health and
fitness. I bring the gym to your home so no more excuses. With a mix of
resistance training, HIIT workouts, boxing and nutritional coaching, 1-2-1
training is for anyone who needs guidance, motivation and a structured
routine to help them build new, healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
