Small Group Personal Training

Personal training provides you with a structured program designed around your personal goals and almost always leads to more consistency in training, increased motivation and longer lasting results. The problem is that the cost of personal training can be upwards of
£40 a session making it financially difficult for most people.

Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) is a small group class which closely follows the format of a personal training session. You get individual coaching tips, adaptations to make exercises suitable for you as an individual but within a small group setting so you get the
support and encouragement from your training group and a much more affordable price.

At Red Kite Fitness, SGPT is limited to 5 people so you will always be able to get the coaching support you need. Sessions incorporate a mix of strength focused work, mobility, balance drills and cardio training with exercise adaptations tailored to your needs as required. You can see the current timetable for SGPT sessions below.


If you are interested in joining the SGPT membership you can book a free introductory 1-2-1 Discovery Session so you can come into the studio to have a look around, we can discuss your goals and do a short training session so that I can make sure this will be the best option for you. You will then be able to book onto the 28-day introductory membership which gives you two SGPT sessions per week plus an additional 1:1 session after two weeks so we can review your progress and address any questions you might have.

If you are very new to this type of training, it may be that a block of 1-2-1 sessions would be
more suitable as a starting point so that you can build up some training experience and
confidence before joining the group program but this will be discussed as part of the
Discovery Session.

Red Kite Fitness offers small group outdoor training sessions which incorporate a mix of cardio, strength and mobility work to provide whole body fitness. With the added benefit of being outside in the fresh air, working out in nature's playground is great for the mind as well as the body. 

Suitable for all fitness levels, our sessions provide options for everyone so if you're just starting out you can follow the standard movements and add progressions as you get fitter and stronger.
