Returning to Fitness Group Classes

If you are looking to either start your fitness journey or get back to exercise after a prolonged period of inactivity perhaps due to illness, pregnancy, or a busy work/home life Red Kite Fitness and Nutrition's small group returning to fitness classes are an ideal starting point.

These women only classes start with the basics and provide progressions as you gain strength, fitness and confidence with the movements. Each session will include a warm up, strength focus work, cardio workout, cool down and stretch.

With a specialist post natal exercise certification if you're a mum who is looking to get back to exercise you can be confident all exercises can be scaled to a suitable level should you require additional time to recover and reconnect with a weakened core. You should wait until at least 6 weeks after birth before booking your taster session.

Crossfit Navalia is located just off the Bristol Road in the centre of Gloucester (50m from the entrance to the Quays). Sessions are held outside of normal gym hours so you get the benefits of working out in a fully equipped gym with just your group for company. There is plenty of parking and toilet and changing facilities are available. It is also fine to bring your kids along to watch/join in should you need to!


Pitchcombe Village Hall is located off the A4173, just 5 minutes north of Stroud via the A46. There is plenty of parking and toilet and changing facilities are available. All equipment is provided so you just need to turn up.
