We offer 1-2-1 or small group training

Our sessions provide a mix of mobility and balance, strength training and cardiovascular fitness. Exercises are all tailored to each individual in order to support your goals.

If you’re new to strength training, coming back to it after a break, are looking to incorporate strength and mobility to compliment other fitness activities then this could be just the place for you to build your confidence and learn to love strength training in a non-intimidating and supportive space.

If you want to find out more about either 1-2-1 or small group training then I offer an initial Free Discovery Session which is a 40-minute session during which time we will discuss your goals, where you are currently at, what has/hasn’t worked for you in the past in relation to your health and fitness.  As well as completing a short training session which helps you get a feel for how training sessions are generally structured and gives me an understanding of your starting point so that you can be assured that you will start your fitness journey at a level that suits you and your needs.

Pricing

After your free Discovery Session, the following membership options are available. Please note that all memberships are based on Term Time only sessions (excluding the 6-week summer holiday when 3 weeks of sessions are included):

Redkite Fitness training room

Small Group PT

  • 28-day introductory membership - £85 (includes 2* SGPT sessions/week and a 1-2-1 session halfway through to review progress)
  • 2*/week SGPT monthly membership (after the 28-day trial) - £105/month
  • Unlimited SGPT monthly membership (after the 28-day trial) - £145/month

1-2-1 PT

  • 12-week Coaching Package to help kick-start your journey -£420 (payable as either a lump sum or as 3 monthly installments of £140.
  • 1*/week 1-2-1 PT (after 12-week kickstart) - £140/month
  • 2*/week 1-2-1 PT (after 12-week kickstart) - £265/month

Returning to Fitness Group Classes

Small group returning to fitness classes are ideal for women who have got a bit lost with their health and fitness and are looking to either start an exercise regime for the first time or are getting back into exercise after a prolonged period of inactivity perhaps due to injury or illness or simply just having too many other things going on in life. For anyone returning to exercise post birth, these sessions will also take account of any additional requirements specific to post natal recovery to ensure you follow the most appropriate program.
Sessions run out of the gym at Crossfit Navalia in Gloucester but are outside of open gym hours so you get to build your fitness and confidence in a small group, supportive environment.

Designed specifically for mums, 1-2-1 post natal specific fitness sessions are
about reconnecting with your core system and rebuilding your strength
from the inside, giving you the perfect foundation to find out what your new 
and amazing mum body is truly capable of.
