Our sessions provide a mix of mobility and balance, strength training and cardiovascular fitness. Exercises are all tailored to each individual in order to support your goals.
If you’re new to strength training, coming back to it after a break, are looking to incorporate strength and mobility to compliment other fitness activities then this could be just the place for you to build your confidence and learn to love strength training in a non-intimidating and supportive space.
Limited to 5 people in a session, SGPT provides a cost effective alternative to 1-2-1 coaching. You still get individual support and guidance and exercises can be tailored to work around any injuries or movement restrictions within the group programme. All exercises used allow for varying abilities to work out together and for everyone to leave feeling great.
If you want to find out more about either 1-2-1 or small group training then I offer an initial Free Discovery Session which is a 40-minute session during which time we will discuss your goals, where you are currently at, what has/hasn’t worked for you in the past in relation to your health and fitness. As well as completing a short training session which helps you get a feel for how training sessions are generally structured and gives me an understanding of your starting point so that you can be assured that you will start your fitness journey at a level that suits you and your needs.
1-2-1 training sessions at the studio can be ideal for anyone who requires a little more focussed attention, wants to build up their confidence and experience before moving to group sessions or if the group times just don't work for them. 1-2-1 sessions will be tailored to your individual goals and preferences incorporating a mix of resistance training, mobility drills, and cardio workouts.
As soon as I am able to offer you a space in either SGPT or 1-2-1 PT, we will arrange a Free Discovery Session which is a 30-minute session during which time we will discuss your goals, where you are currently at, what has/hasn’t worked for you in the past in relation to your health and fitness. As well as completing a short training session which helps you get a feel for how training sessions are generally structured and gives me an understanding of your starting point so that you can be assured that you will start your fitness journey at a level that suits you and your needs.
